Guest Access and Account-Based Features

1) What Think Then Play Is

Think Then Play provides cognitive training tools designed to support athletic performance, including reaction speed, focus, and decision-making. The Service is intended for training and educational purposes only.

2) Not Medical or Professional Advice

Think Then Play is not a medical, healthcare, or therapeutic service. Nothing on the Service is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program.

3) Eligibility

If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and accept responsibility for supervising use.

4) Your Responsibilities

  • Choose appropriate training intensity
  • Use the Service in a safe environment
  • Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

5) Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, and content are owned by Think Then Play and protected by intellectual property laws.

7) User Submissions

If you submit content, you confirm you have the rights and permissions to do so.

By submitting, you grant Think Then Play permission to use and display that content in connection with the Service.

8) Availability and Changes

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10) Limitation of Liability

Think Then Play will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.
