Frequently Asked Questions

Start by selecting a training card (or a drill), follow the on-screen steps, and complete a short session. The goal is quick scanning and decision-making — not perfection.

You can access training content without creating an account. An account may be required for account-based features such as saving content across devices.

First, confirm you’re using the correct sign-in method (Sign in with Apple vs email).

If you signed up with email and forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen.

If you’re still stuck, email support@thinkthenplay.com.

Saved items appear in The Think Tank inside the app.

You can access them anytime by tapping the bookmark icon from the main screen.

Make sure you’re signed into the same account on the device. If it still doesn’t appear, email support@thinkthenplay.com and tell us what you saved.

Close and re-open the app, then try again. If it continues, update iOS and the app to the latest version. Still stuck? Email support@thinkthenplay.com.

Try the following:

  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular)
  • Restart your device
  • Make sure you’re on the latest app version

If it continues, email support@thinkthenplay.com.

  • Delete Think Then Play from your device
  • Restart your device
  • Download Think Then Play again from the App Store
  • Log back in using your existing sign-in method

If you continue to have issues, email support@thinkthenplay.com.

Open the App Store and search for Think Then Play. If you see an Update button, install it. If not, you’re already up to date.

Think Then Play is designed for iPhone and iPad running modern versions of iOS. For best performance, keep your device and the app updated to the latest available version.

Check your internet connection. If you’re offline, some content may not load. Try again on Wi-Fi or cellular data.

In the app, tap the top menu icon, go to Profile, and select Delete Account.

If you can’t access the app, email support@thinkthenplay.com to request deletion.

Email support@thinkthenplay.com and include:

  • Device (iPhone/iPad model)
  • iOS version
  • App version
  • What happened + steps to reproduce
  • Screenshots or screen recording (optional)
